Lodging & Transportation

The official lodging accommodation will be at College Eight on the UC Santa Cruz campus. A discounted lodging package rate has been arranged which includes room, breakfast, lunch, and parking. We highly recommend that you use the on-campus lodging during the conference because it's affordable and within walking distance of the conference facilities. An extra "commuter" fee of $35 will apply to your registration fee if you are unable to stay on-campus. This fee covers incidentals already covered in the on-campus lodging rate.

College Eight Apartments are fully furnished with a living room, kitchen, and shared bathroom. All apartments contain both single and double rooms. They are very nice accommodations. Rates: Single Rate $108 per night Double Rate $91.50 per person / per night (double occupancy)

Please note that travel time is approximate, as traffic in the city during the summer is unpredictable and heavier than at other times of the year. Please allow extra time to compensate for congestion.
