Sunday Reception

Please join your fellow UCCSC colleagues on Sunday evening, July 10 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM for a welcome reception with buffet dinner and drinks at Porter College Dining Hall outside patio on the UCSC main campus. 

The reception is outside in a covered patio, so please dress according to the weather. Santa Cruz evenings are chilly. 

Food will consist of a buffet dinner. Beer and wine provided by Santa Cruz local companies. 

The reception is open to all attendees and guests who have paid in advance only. We will not be collecting any money on site for additional last minute guests to attend.

During the reception, you can check-in for the conference, pick up your parking pass and packet of goodies, plus check in to campus lodging (if you are staying on campus).
