Conference and on-campus lodging check-in begins Sunday at 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at College Eight - same location as the reception and dinner. If you arrive after 8:00 PM and are lodging on-campus, you may still check-in for yor lodging until 11:00 PM Sunday night. Conference check-in will also occur on Monday, July 30. Reception and Hosted Bar 6:00 PM The welcome reception begins at 6:00 PM with a hosted bar (beer and wine). Each conference attendee will receive two drink coupons during check-in to trade in for beer and/or wine. Unlimited nonalcoholic beverages will be available that evening at no cost. The reception and dinner are located at the College Eight lawn area that overlooks the meadow with incredible views. This event is an outdoor event. Santa Cruz summer evening weather can be a bit cool. Please dress accordingly. Local Weather Dinner 7:00 PM The buffet dinner begins at 7:00 with baked mahi-mahi, teriyaki chicken and tofu, sticky rice, veggies, hawaiian bread, and salad. Menu subject to change. Dessert and Entertainment 8:00 PM After dinner, join your colleagues for a wonderful dessert, coffee, and entertainment located in the College Eight quad area.
