UCCSC Registration is Full

Registration is FULL! You may continue to register to be placed on a waitlist.

The conference has received the maximum allowance of 300 registered attendees. There could be a few cancellations, so if you would like to be placed on the waitlist, follow the registration instructions. No money will be collected at this time.

Cost $250 per person and includes:

  • Conference attendance, meals, and access to all scheduled events July 10, 11, 12
  • Sunday night reception with food and drinks July 10
  • Monday night dinner and event July 11
  • Access to sponsor demonstrations and giveaways
  • Entry to keynote, Sautters Awards presentation, and CIO report

Attendee Registration Instructions 

  • Create a username and password by clicking on Sign up with us at the Iris Registration website: https://ucsc.irisregistration.com/Form/uccscit
  • On first login, a new Registration form is created for you.  Click on Register.  If you have started a registration, but not completed it, click on Edit Registration.
  • You are now at the main UCCSC registration page. Set "Registration Type" as "Attendee". Answer all of the required questions and click Next.
  • Review the Shopping Cart and Registration information.
    FIRST-TIMER WINNERS: Enter your special coupon code and click Apply. This code will waive the $250 registration fee.
    Click on Continue to Checkout.
  • Review the Order Transactions to make sure that the $250 conference registration and housing fees (if applicable) are listed.  Click on Make a Payment.
  • Review the payment and billing information.  The information on this screen will be used to process your credit card payment. You are only able to pay via credit card. Click on Pay Now.
  • Once you've paid your registration fee or entered a coupon code and finished the registration process, you will be registered for UCCSC.  If you leave the registration unpaid, it will be available the next time you login and it's status will stay Incomplete.
If you are undecided about staying in campus lodging, you may register and pay for the conference registration fee first. Mark your "Accommodations" as "Commuter". You can login later to sign up for campus lodging by "Editing Your Original Registration", changing "Accommodations" as "Housed in Campus", then filling out the rest of the format and making another payment.

How to Register Guests

After you complete your registration, you can register your guest(s) to attend the Sunday reception ($30) and/or stay in campus lodging. We welcome your guests!

  • Log In to the Iris Registration website at https://ucsc.irisregistration.com/Form/uccscit using your username and password (if you are not already logged in). 
  • Click on New Registration.
  • Enter the code uccscit in the Code field and click Submit Code
  • To create a new registration, click Yes
  • You are now at the main UCCSC registration page. Set "Registration Type" as "Guest".  Answer all of the required questions and click Next.
  • There is a $30 Sunday reception fee for guests.
  • Review the Shopping Cart and Registration information.
  • If all looks okay, click on Continue to Checkout
  • Review the Order Transactions to make sure that the $30 Sunday Reception fee (if applicable) and housing fees (if applicable) are listed.  Click on Make a Payment.
  • Review the payment and billing information.  The information on this screen will be used to process your credit card payment. You are only able to pay via credit card. Click on Pay Now.
  • Once you've paid any fees (Sunday Reception and/or housing) and finished the registration process, your will be registered for the selections made.  If you leave the registration unpaid or unfinished, it will be available the next time you login and it's status will stay Incomplete.
